Mooncake Baking Class
Each participant or parent–child team will make 8 mooncakes from start to finish.
You will weigh the dough, portion the filling, wrap, press, bake, and enjoy your own freshly made mooncakes!

🥮 月饼课须知 / Mooncake Class Notes

本课程仅教学制作月饼，不提供配方。
This class teaches how to make mooncakes only; recipes will not be provided.

所有成品月饼可带走，提供简单盒子包装。
All finished mooncakes may be taken home, with simple box packaging provided.

不允许录像。
No video recording is allowed.

课程过程中可拍摄少量照片，但不可全程拍照。拍照时请避免拍到其他学员。
Photos may be taken during the process, but not throughout the entire class. Please avoid capturing other participants.

其他人可在外等待，或到时间再来接上课的参与者。
Others may wait outside or return at pick-up time for participants.

未报名者不可陪同进入。
Only registered participants are allowed in the classroom.

8岁以下儿童必须有一位成人陪同。
Children under 8 must be accompanied by one adult.

8岁及以上只接受单独报名参加。
Ages 8 and up may attend independently with individual registration.

课程时长约 1.5 小时，请准时到达。
Class duration is about 1.5 hours. Please arrive on time.

如需取消或改期，请至少提前 24 小时通知。
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

建议穿着舒适衣物，长发请扎起，避免佩戴宽松饰品。
Please wear comfortable clothing, tie back long hair, and avoid loose accessories.

月饼含 蛋、奶、面粉 等；厨房亦含 榛子、杏仁 等过敏原，请自行确认是否适合。
Mooncakes contain eggs, milk, and wheat. The kitchen also handles hazelnuts and almonds. Please confirm suitability for allergies.

儿童须遵循课堂规则，听从老师指引。
Children must follow class rules and listen to the instructor’s guidance.

店内不对个人物品遗失负责。
We are not responsible for lost personal items.

本课以 亲手体验 为主，并非专业烘焙培训课程。
This class is a hands-on experience, not a professional baking training program.
